Steel Hydraulic Tubes

Our engineers and technicians are people with 2 decades of experience in the piping industry. Machine builders in Cranes, ships, yachts, excavators, wheel loaders and power units, are able to outsource their piping work to our skilled staff. Our staff can be ordered to take over your piping work in order for, the machine builder to focus on improving quality of the end product. We design and engineer in co-operation with customers requirements and supply a parts list with an article description.

Our basic method is cold model tube bending to avoid weakening of material strength. Technically there will be an overall calculated 10% loss in strength from the bend. Therefore we calculate the material strength to meet the required pressure and flow. Our computer operated mandrel benders can bend to a minimum radius of 2 times of the applied tube diameter and  reproduce the exact model required over and over again.

Appendage parts like tubes, hoses and couplings are often at the required destination within short lead time across Europe.

Prefab Hydraulic hoses

A wide integrated package for Hydraulic pressure hoses and couplings.

Our delivery program contains rubber hydraulic hoses according to DIN-, SAE- en EN-standards. Material of hose couplings are available in steel and stainless steel.

We work with leading suppliers in Europe for hydraulic hoses and hose lines as well as crimp connection Parts.

Range:

We pre assemble hydraulics hoses in the range of ¼” to 2” with pressure ranges up to 420 Bar (6000 psi). Hose couplings are made from quality and corrosive protective steel. For required installations that needs Stainless steel, we have the possibility to pre assemble that as well. For more then a decade we are aware of different trends for hose crimp fittings and techniques. We made our choice for the most reliable method.

Hoses are from only one major factory, In co-operation with our suppliers we can certify, or pre test your rubber hose and produce certified reports concerning the specific hose or batch. This is usually required for offshore applications, connections on ships and demanded by insurance companies.
